Most recently, Kimberly has provided consulting services in the areas of financial management, operations and financial analysis, bookkeeping, and tax preparation.
He has over 20 years experience working in the housing industry and joined Centennial Mortgage, Inc. in August 2009, responsible for originating multifamily and healthcare mortgages under HUD’s FHA insurance programs, cultivating lending relationships with borrowers across the country. Prior to joining Centennial Mortgage, Inc he worked with Prudential Huntoon Paige as Director of Originations.
Cary earned a B.A. from UW Bothell in 1999, and a Master of Architecture from UW Seattle in 2004, which included a life-changing study abroad in Rome. Cary serves as a studio critic periodically at the UW Architecture school and is active in the local architecture community.
He is a licensed architect and developer. Cary started his architecture practice in 2009 in the depths of the recession. While specializing in residential and light commercial projects, he's transitioned to being a developer and general contractor. He recently completed Fir Street Flats, in downtown Bothell. Cary is active as an advocate for urbanism, abundant housing, and compact, walkable , equitable communities. Cary volunteers on several boards and commissions.
